This is a selection of shafts that have been turned ready to be made into Cues,After the shafts have been turned there is a watching period to make sure the shafts stay as good as the day they were turned.
Some of the shafts in my workshop i have had for 10yrs or longer and individual shafts can be selected by the customer.

This picture shows a 3/4 shaft after being turned in its first stage of production.

Blending in the joint on a 3/4 split black Ebony butt Cue.

The same 3/4 Cue after the shaft is treated then grained and sealed,then the whole Cue is sanded and polished the badge is then fitted and then it is given a final polish.
The Cue is then tipped and packed ready for shipping.
